Konferencija zajednice EPALE: Oblikovanje budućnosti učenja odraslih u Evropi

Dana 6-7-8. oktobra 2020 godine, EPALE je domaćin Online konferencije zajednice koja je otvorena za cjelokupnu zajednicu učenja odraslih širom Evrope. Inovativni online format će omogućiti mnogo veće učešće i aktivan doprinos raznovrsne grupe stejkholdera iz svih sektora i zemalja Evrope.
Cilj ovog događaja jeste jačanje saradnje i razmjena znanja među interesnim stranama u oblasti učenja odraslih; povezivanje eksperata, trenera, pružaoca obuke i sačinioca politike kako bi se pomoglo oblikovanje budućnosti učenja odraslih u Evropi u godinama neizvjesnosti koje su pred nama.
Oni koji budu pružali doprinos istražiće na koji način Zajednica može uputiti izazove koje stvara COVID-19 i razviti nove prilike za održivi razvoj unutar sektora.
Fokus konferencije biće ključni prioriteti u učenju odraslih kao što su Digitalno učenje, Cjeloživotna nadgradnja vještinai Socijalna inkluzija; u kombinovanim ključnim govorima, panel diskusijama i interaktivnim radionicama kako bi se informisali učesnici i podstakle ideje.
Moderatorka svih panela biće Tamsin Rose.
Konferencija će se održati tokom tri uzastopna dana sa sljedećim temama:
Dan 1 – Digitalno učenje & vještine: Upravljanje promjenom, prihvatanje transformacije
Dan 2 – Udruživanje snaga za omogućavanje cjeloživotne nadgradnje vještina: izgradnja saradnje među interesnim stranama
Dan 3 - Socijalna inkluzija & demokratija: Prilike za promjenom
Glavni govori i panel diskusije svakog dana biće javni i dostupni putem platforme EPALE platform i na EPALE Facebook. NIJE POTREBNA REGISTRACIJA ZA OVE DOGAĐAJE.
Takođe ćemo organizovati tematske radionice i nacionalne panel diskusije kojima će se moći pristupiti tek nakon registracije budući da je broj učesnika ograničen.

Boosting the digital transition through lifelong learning
The Association of Nordic Engineers ANE and the Network of Technical Universities in Nordic and Baltic countries, NORDTEK have carried out a project mapping new intiatives that are based on stakeholder cooperation/strategic partnerships with some very innovative initiatvies that the community might be intersted in? It is possbile to join us for a digital conference held in English on 1 October 2020 at 9.00.

The consequences of the 2020 crisis will require new ways of thinking, working and learning. Ensuring relevant lifelong learning provision is a hard nut to crack, but now more than ever, it is seen as the key to adapt to restructuring and changing our societies. Not only pandemics impacts our labour markets, so does the digital transformation. The “Boosting the digital transition through lifelong learning” will present good practice examples of how to address these challenges in strategic partnerships, and you be able to actively contribute to a discussion of the project recommendations.
