Each partner identifies an institution/office that deals with complex bureaucratic practices with foreign users, such as a registry office or a trade union offices but also hospitals or other institutions working intensively with migrants.
Activities:
1)Preliminary phase:- Interviews- Questionnaires- Mapping of the communication needs and tools
2)Intermediate stage:- Shared solution analysis
3)Final stage:- Creation of a modus operandi or guidelines for dealing with communication difficulties- Staff training courses

The problem:
- -Very strong language barriers that hinder the work of practitioners
- Few tools and few solutions adopted to mitigate barriers and improve public bodies services
- Poor sensitivity to the language problem
- Sense of dissatisfaction of public workers who suffer the consequences of lack of sensitivity to the problem
- Sense of helplessness of practitioners who would like to explore the issue and find solutions to the daily language problem

- Involved public bodies (will resolve language issues and benefit from related benefits - improved services; faster delivery; reduced staff stress; quality services and support; competent staff)
- (indirect) the migrant communities who benefit from better communication possibilities, gain trust in the host structures and, consequently, social inclusion is strengthened
