Partnership Call | Erasmus+ KA220 Project ESN France is seeking partners from the youth and NGO sector to co-develop a KA220 Erasmus+ cooperation project addressing challenges in associative management for youth organizations. Project focus: volunteer motivation, recruitment, intergenerational knowledge transfer, inclusivity, conflict management, and VSS prevention. We aim to create innovative tools, training resources, and inclusive practices to strengthen youth associations across Europe. The Jugendförderverein is a non-profit organization based in Northern Germany, dedicated to empowering the people in our community - particularly marginalized groups - through education, inclusion, and integration into a healthy and fulfilling adult life. We coordinate and partner in Erasmus+ projects across youth, VET, adult, and school education, with strong experience in KA2 cooperation and small-scale partnerships. We now want to start with more KA1 collaborations. With a hands-on, participatory approach, we are always open to innovative collaborations on both national and international levels in all project formats.
