We are Cultural Center Travno from Zagreb, Croatia, a cultural center dedicated to providing cultural and educational programs. In an effort to enhance our services and expand our competencies, we would like to undertake a job shadowing at center with more working experience with youth and migrant population. We have received financial support from the Erasmus+ program for this project, which enables us to realize this initiative. Our goal is to learn more about methods of working with young people and migrants, with a particular focus on integration and inclusion. We believe that cultural centers, with its experience and expertise, would be an ideal place for acquiring new knowledge and skills that we can apply in our community.
