France.
Started by | Posted on Thu, 06/26/2025 - 17:06

As the next Erasmus+ project submission deadline approaches in October 2025, ESN France is actively looking for partners in the field of youth work and NGOs to collaborate on a new cooperation project.

Led by ESN France, this Erasmus+ KA220 project will bring together at least three European countries to address key challenges in associative management within youth organizations.

Project Objectives

To develop innovative tools and training resources aimed at strengthening:

  • Volunteer motivation and recognition

  • Recruitment and volunteer retention

  • Intergenerational knowledge transfer

  • Inclusive and intercultural management practices

  • Conflict management and VSS (Violence, Sexist and Sexual violence) prevention

We are fully committed and eager to work alongside partners who share our ambition to support youth engagement, foster international mobility, and promote European values. We would be delighted to explore how we could co-develop and implement this initiative together.

For context, our team includes two European project officers dedicated to project development and management. ESN France has strong experience with KA220 actions, currently managing three ongoing projects while also coordinating two KA154 projects.

We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you and building meaningful partnerships for impactful youth initiatives.

Warm regards,

The ESN France Team
