Co-funded by the European Union, the European Seniors Friendly Communities (ESFC) project aims to build inclusive and age-friendly communities across Europe. By fostering active participation, promoting age-friendly practices, and providing quality learning opportunities, ESFC seeks to enhance the well-being and social inclusion of older adults. This project will focus on creating sustainable programs that empower seniors to actively engage in their communities, while developing partnerships and initiatives that celebrate active aging.
