Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

Hromadné prieskumy však poskytujú iba približný prehľad o rozmanitosti reality základných zručností. Výskumníčka Maarit Mäkinenová z Tamperskej univerzity požaduje širšiu definíciu základných zručností, zatiaľ čo Jyrki Sipilä, veterán výučby základných zručností z Inštitútu vzdelávania dospelých v Helsinkách, by rád videl špecializované diferencované pokyny pre tých, ktorí si zlepšujú svoje základné zručnosti.

Um in der Gesellschaft zurechtzukommen, bedarf es bestimmter Grundkompetenzen. Der PIAAC-Erhebung zufolge stehen Erwachsene in Finnland in dieser Hinsicht gut da. Groß angelegte Erhebungen liefern allerdings nur einen groben Überblick über das sehr unterschiedlich ausgeprägte Niveau von Grundkompetenzen. Der neueste themenbezogene EPALE-Blog beschäftigt sich damit, wie es um die Grundkompetenzen von Erwachsenen in Finnland bestellt ist.

We all intuitively understand that the skills we want to acquire at the beginning of our careers are much different than the ones we want to build 20 years later. Still, the generational spread of interest in particular skills was wider than we expected. Gen Z is most interested in building their creativity and tech skills more than any other generation. Millennials and Gen Xers are focused on developing their management and leadership skills, as many are becoming new managers or executives. And, everyone wants to build their leadership and management skills.

Wer schon einmal Monopoly gespielt oder von seinen Eltern regelmäßig Taschengeld bekommen hat, hat auf informelle Weise etwas Wesentliches gelernt, nämlich das Wertschätzen und Investieren von Geld.

In a world in which millions of people are unemployed while many employers complain that they cannot find qualified workers something is obviously out of balance. One of those issues is the match between the supply of and demand for skills. Governments need a clearer picture, not only of how labour markets are changing, but of how wellequipped their citizens are to participate in, and benefit from, increasingly knowledge-based economies. The Survey of Adult Skills, a product of the OECD Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC), is providing that picture.
