Workshop: Basic Skills. The foundation of lifelong learning

What does it mean to talk about “basic skills” in today’s world of lifelong learning?

Workshop 2.

How can we ensure that adults facing barriers to education are supported not only in literacy, numeracy, and digital competence, but also in communication, civic engagement, and social inclusion?

This online workshop, moderated by a representative of the European Basic Skills Network (EBSN), will bring together educators and practitioners to reflect on the evolving concept of basic skills and to exchange innovative practices. Examples will include intergenerational learning projects, storytelling as a tool for language acquisition, and community workshops that connect learning with everyday life.

Participation is open, but places are limited to a maximum of 30.

Don’t miss this opportunity to join the discussion and help shape the role of basic skills in lifelong learning.
