Accelerating insightful thinking behavior within human soft skills

As far as the K220 or K210 projects are concerned, even more attention will certainly be paid to the existence and role of AI within societies where the ability of AI to compete with human intelligence is rapidly increasing.
Considering that AI will be able to replace more and more cognitive-oriented jobs, this poses an even greater challenge and responsibility for people to develop stronger competencies, especially when it comes to the cognitive and emotional aspects of human intelligence. One such challenge is the need to accelerate human soft skills.
Speaking of concrete soft skills (i.e. teamwork, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, critical thinking, time management, interpersonal skills...), it seems important to pay more attention to the specific character of these skills, which are more intensively enriched by insightful thinking behavior (accelerating the different types of insights of individuals), which is a synonym for human innateness, uniqueness, creativity, originality, unpredictability, real-time understanding of contexts, seeing outside existing frames of mind, etc).
Working on a more holistic development of soft skills
If you intend to initiate any kind of KA210 and KA220 project for Call 2025, touching any kind of project topics on soft skills (for different target groups), Centre Spirala can enrich your project efforts by focusing on the development of soft skills that will be more intensively intertwined with insightful thinking behavior. And to help develop the methods/approaches that can trigger such insightful thinking behavior.
Of course, we can also align with other project challenges and tasks you may be preparing for the March Call, either in terms of research, education, or development activities, when it comes to planned project outcomes.
