Center Spirala-Center of Selfmobility is a small private non-profit institute, founded in 2001. It investigates HRD/HRM field by focusing on self-guidance, self-motivation, self-coaching issues especially related to individuals or organisational needs. Within this investigation we have been included in many EU Pilot LDV projects related to issues of competences, career guidance, coaching, social responsibiltiy, unemployed.
