The Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe has been more than just a digital space—it has been a catalyst for transformation, a source of inspiration, and a community of practice that has touched countless lives across Europe.

Every member of our community has a unique journey, and together, these individual paths weave the rich tapestry of EPALE's impact on adult education across Europe. We want to hear how being part of this community has shaped your professional practice and perspective over the years.

We invite you to share authentic, personal narratives that capture your evolution as an adult educator during your time with EPALE. Got writer's block? Not sure where to start? Here are some suggestions of what we like to read. Your story might address some of the following themes:

• Compare a typical working or teaching day when you joined EPALE with your current practice
• Describe the most significant shifts in your approach to adult education over the past decade
• Reflect on how your understanding of adult learning has deepened or changed through your interactions on the platform

• Highlight specific resources, discussions, or connections from EPALE that have transformed your day-to-day work
• Share examples of innovative methods or tools you discovered through the community and how you've implemented them
• Describe how EPALE has helped you navigate challenges or seize new opportunities in your professional context

• Reflect on key conversations or collaborations that have come out of your engagement with the platform
• Share how your professional network has expanded or evolved through EPALE
• Describe an "aha moment" you experienced thanks to an exchange within our community

• Reflect on how EPALE has supported you through broader changes in the field of adult education

The most compelling stories may include concrete examples - perhaps a mini-case study of a particular project, a before and after look at your teaching approach, or a specific example of how a resource or discussion on EPALE has led to a meaningful change in your practice.
