The Foundation Tempus – EPALE National Support Service held the third national conference of the EPALE platform in Serbia, with the subject of "Methods and techniques for the development of key competences in basic adult education", on October 16, 2019 in Belgrade.

More than 130 teachers in elementary education of adults, teachers of secondary schools and higher education institutions’ professors, representatives of civil society associations and organizations, foreign language schools, public administration and others involved in adult education in Serbia attended the event aimed at launching a discussion on the importance of development of key competences in the system of elementary education of adults, as well as discussion on efficient methods and techniques in teaching adult learners.
