Inclusion ToC is a groundbreaking initiative at the intersection of education, empowerment, and inclusivity. Our digital platform acts as a hub for VET organizations, teachers, staff, and students, fostering the participatory implementation of the Theory of Change for migrant women's inclusion. It goes further by incorporating a self-assessment tool, allowing VET organizations to evaluate their current inclusion practices and measure the impact of the training program's implementation. This tool, InclusionToC 360°, works in four simple steps. Users start by creating a free account, customizing the assessment parameters, specifying the number and type of respondents (VET managers, teachers or students) and determining the duration of the assessment. Then the generated worksheets or tokens are then distributed to the participants in the organisation. At the end of the evaluation period, users get access to comprehensive reports tailored to the types of respondents, providing valuable information and facilitating informed decision-making.
