Celebrate Together: A Photography Competition for EPALE Ireland members 

Calling all adult learning professionals! We are thrilled to announce the "Celebrating Together" photography competition, designed to capture the essence of collaboration and community within the adult education sector. This exciting contest invites you to showcase your unique perspective on the theme of celebrating togetherness in learning. 

As adult educators, you know firsthand the transformative power of education. Your experiences, whether in classrooms, workshops, or community settings, provide a rich tapestry of stories waiting to be told through your lens. We encourage you to submit photos that reflect meaningful interactions, inspiring moments, and the diverse journeys of adult learners and professionals. 

Winning entries will not only receive recognition (and an EPALE Goodie Bag) but will also be featured in a beautifully designed calendar for 2026, celebrating the vibrancy of adult learning in Ireland. Imagine your work inspiring others throughout the year, fostering a sense of community among professionals in the field! 

To participate, simply email your favorite photograph that aligns with the theme by October 31^st, 2025. Each image should capture the spirit of collaboration, inclusivity, and the joy of learning together. A panel of judges will evaluate the submissions based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall impact.

To submit an entry or for more details simply email epale@leargas.ie - please note that there is a maximum of 3 entries per programme and photos must be your own work and submitted as png files no larger than 3mb with a description of the image and the details of the organisation. Note: please have the permission of everyone featured in the image. By submitting an entry you are giving EPALE Ireland permission to use the image, while being credited, but you retain ownership.
