The Directorate for Research, Lifelong Learning and Employability Learning Week 2022 Course Tasters

The Directorate for Research, Lifelong Learning and Employability (DRLLE) and the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation in Malta (MEYR), had the pleasure of holding a series of Lifelong Learning Course Tasters as part of the Learning Week to mark the launch of Lifelong Learning Courses for 2022-2023 and in conjunction with the EPALE 2022-2024 Launch. Course registrations are open until Thursday the 11th of August, please see the prospectus here.
Throughout the three days, prospective learners were able to participate in interactive sessions showcasing various courses offered by the Directorate. Our educators were able to engage the participants and give them information about their respective courses in terms of content and approaches to learning. Lifelong Learning Courses offer a variety of learning modes with online, blended and face-to-face options available.
Most of the taster sessions were well attended, and all were very well received.
Visitors to our centre were also able to learn about the self-paced online courses offered by Learning Box, visit various exhibits and speak to our Guidance Unit staff for advice on their next learning steps and courses adapted to their needs.
Refreshments were available throughout the three days for our attendees to be able to mingle and connect with staff and other prospective learners for the coming year.
