ERASMUS+ project CERTI4Headmasters: from a European skill card for headmasters to a certification!
From 1st September 2018 to 29th February 2020, EFCoCert, and its partners of the CERTI4Headmasters project, will develop a European skill card for headmasters based on the exchange of good practices among educational institutions. This skill card will enable transparency of headmasters' qualifications.
One of the objectives of this project is to analyse the need for the development of a European certification for headmasters, based on the skill card that will be developed. This certification should provide headmasters a recognition and a validation of their non-formal and informal learning, enhancing their employability and their mobility in their country, in Europe, and abroad.
EFCoCert is specialised in the development of European certifications for persons and will lead the production of a headmaster skill card.
