The EPALE Resource Centre is a bank of materials that will help keep you up to date with adult education best practices and reference documents.

We publish case studies of innovative adult education approaches, reports and policy documents as well as magazine and newspaper articles.

You will also be able to find open education resources as well as training and learning materials so you will always have access to the best tools to help you in your everyday work.

 

How to use the Resource Centre

There are several ways to browse and search the EPALE Resource Centre:

  1. Browse
    The newest content is at the top of the page so you can easily stay up to date with the most recent developments in the sector.

  2. Search
    Go straight to a specific resource by typing the title, author or keyword in the search box.

  3. Filter
    Filter by type of resource, theme, tags, country, author and language. Relevant resources will be listed to the left of the page.

Online course on Intercultural Training for Educators (5 EQF credits)

Intercultural Training for Educators is the result of a European Commission Erasmus+ grant we were awarded 2 years ago, with partners from the UK, Finland, Italy and Greece. We started out looking at refugee and newly arrived migrant learners, but our needs analysis research showed that educators of migrant adult learners more broadly (including international students) felt that they did not have the tools to support learners or manage intercultural classrooms.

SHIFT Dance toolkit - Developing new teaching practice for dancers with additional learning support needs

Funded by Erasmus+ with scientific guidance from the University of Edinburgh, the SHIFT Dance toolkit is the culmination of an 18-month research and development project. The SHIFT Dance toolkit shares the practices developed during the project more widely whilst raising the profile and skills of dancers with additional learning support needs across Europe. It is available in English, Dutch and Spanish and it is free to access. This toolkit will be particularly useful for dance practitioners at community, educational and professional level.

Lingua+ Project Open Educational Resources

Using Lingua+ open educational resources, teachers, trainers, and volunteers have the chance to enrich their language teaching with contents and methods to meet today's challenges and opportunities for change. Lingua+ uses knowledge and pedagogic wisdom acquired through multidisciplinary experimentation.
