"Volunteers for Intercultural Learning" was the topic of the fourth Leadership Seminar in Berlin, Germany, which brought together 25 participants from 18 countries. The program included a variety of workshops related to teambuilding, intercultural learning, project development and project management. Participants exchanged experiences and enhanced their intercultural, project management and cooperation skills.
