[This ressource was originally published in French. Translation : EPALE France]
The wide range of tools and networks including EPALE, Europass, Euroguidance, EAAL, ECVET and e-Twinning are particularly useful in developing, implementing and promoting an Erasmus+ project.
Discover these opportunities in a poster outlining the cycle of an Erasmus+ project.

How to use the poster
This poster is divided into 5 steps:
- from idea to project
- applications
- during the project
- the final report
- after the project
At each step, you can see the different features of each tool.
For example: how to find partners, how to find out about European lifelong learning systems, the tools available for measuring learning outcomes, or how to use these tools in a dissemination plan.
You may already be familiar with the main features of EPALE. This poster shows the complementarity of the other measures: EAAL, Europass, Euroguidance, ECVET and e-Twinning.
How can I find out more about these tools and networks?
By visiting the Erasmus+ France / Education Formation website. The agency leads different networks of experts and offers tools to enhance career paths and skills. In addition to EPALE, it ensures the implementation of:
- EAAL: European Agenda for Adult Learning, this programme aims to promote access to training for people removed from employment through experimentation with innovative practices in France. Workplace training, cross-disciplinary skills and detection of illiteracy are some of the issues addressed for which practical tools and resources for training professionals are available.
- ECVET: the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training, known by the acronym ECVET, is a European initiative which aims to promote the development of skills, qualifications and employability of learners benefiting from transnational mobility for training, certification or vocational purposes.
- Euroguidance: a network of guidance professionals (covering the field of initial and lifelong learning) to promote European mobility in guidance actions. Euroguidance works with guidance professionals to train and equip them on issues of international mobility; and with the general public, in particular through participation in numerous trade fairs and face-to-face information sessions in education and training establishments.
- Europass: a new platform for managing skills and careers throughout life. Europass offers a comprehensive service to users, whether they are jobseekers, learners, volunteers or workers: a dedicated space where they can compile and share their experiences and skills, as well as access information to assist in their training and employment choices. In addition, Europass will offer organisations a new service for issuing digital qualifications to certify skills and learning.
