The NEBULA Manual of Dos and Don'ts for Young Entrepreneurs is a training manual for young Europeans (aged 18 to 30) designed to provide them with the basic skills to launch an entrepreneurial project.

Its drafting began with a series of interviews and surveys with  Case Studies (interviews with entrepreneurs who had responded to the call of the New European Bauhaus initiative and had been nominated for their entrepreneurial project for its innovative aspect, its environmental/social/inclusive emphasis and its rigour) and God practices (examples of successful entrepreneurial projects or civic association activities by organisations based in the project countries that have made their mark through their strong impact).

Then, based on the responses of the entrepreneurs interviewed, the results of the survey on good practices and their knowledge and skills, the partners drafted the Manual:

This contains:

• An introduction on why the NEBULA project wants to encourage young people to become entrepreneurs to transform their living areas;
• An explanation of what the New European Bauhaus is and its fundamental values;
• The benefits and advantages of being an entrepreneur;
• The management aspect of entrepreneurship (how to launch a project, how to manage a team, the different stages of a project);
• The financial aspect (how to finance your project, or find funds, the types of financing);
• The communication aspect (social networks, making contact)- A list of case studies, good practices and success factors.

In addition to the full version, the partners of the NEBULA project have also created a short, summarised version to provide an overview of the contents of the Manual.
