We are looking to find promoter (CPIP will be the developer coordinator) and partners for the following project:Teacher-children-parents skills development in rural areas- TCP. 

The project aims to provide parents and teachers from rural area with knowledge and skills in order to prepare them to face difficult situation and changing behavior in everyday life children at school.

The project purpose is to encourage teachers and parents to participate more in children’s life so they become more reflective and responsive about the needs and problems that children encounter.

Through different education and innovative activities, the beneficiaries of the project will share ideas, information, will learn new tools and techniques in order to prepare them to become more excellent problem solvers and creative thinkers who are capable of dealing with change.

The target group involved in the project will be from rural areas, teachers and professionals who work in children education, parents and children attending school.

The rapidity of change today, technological advances, and the explosion of information require that professional, parent and children develop new tools for lifelong learning, in a way to overcome all the issues encounter.

Preparing the teachers and parents to face the different challenge in school and children behavior by involving them in children’s life at school and home will improve the imagine of education and his importance in rural area. 

Children will become more aware of the community they live in, and through play and entertainment they will develop new skills. 

The main objective of the project is to equip teachers/professionals from rural areas with techniques and skills so they become more aware of children needs and to learn how to deal in different situation. 

The projects objectives are:

Develop innovative tools  
Train the teachers and professionals and parents to work better with their children
Train the teachers and professionals to develop new skills to recognize and overcome different and difficult situations in various context
To develop new skills for children, so they become more aware about the community and the importance of education
Acquire new techniques using formal and informal activities education and learning by doing
Promoting equity, social cohesion, and active citizenship
Development of digital skills

We need promoter and partners with the following profile:adult educators providers, NGO working with children and parents, university education researcher, training providers, local authority.
