Looking for partners in Europe to host learners
Willing to develop its international network, IFAPME (Walloon Institute for Work-based learning and Self-employed Training and Small and Medium-sized Companies) is the reference operator for work-based learning in Wallonia (French-speaking part of Belgium, south of Brussels). First and foremost, IFAPME provides training in employment and business creation, the corollary of which is active citizenship. Anchored in Wallonia’s socio-economic and environmental reality, its 24 training centres, spread across the whole of Wallonia, ensure that training and skills evolve in line with changes in occupations and workforce requirements identified by companies and sectoral social partners. Currently, we train around 16,000 learners around Wallonia.
Though we only have few partners and few Erasmus+ individual mobility, we would like to extend our network by finding organisation that are able to host our learners, mainly in the summer months (from June to September). Ideal partners should be able to help our learners find accomodation and intership placement before their arrival, while providing a welcome at their arrival, together with language classes.
We look forward
