URGENT Call for Partners - Promoting Mental Well-being and Social Inclusion through Outdoor Physical Activity


Animam Viventem (NGO in Portugal) is applying for a Small-scale partnership project in adult education, for 18 months, and we are looking for 1 more partner to join the project.
We know this is a very short notice having in mind that the submission deadline is already on the 4th October, but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to do this before. In this case, we kindly ask you to only reply to our call for partners if your organization:
1) Is truly interested in the project topic;
2) Can send us the PIF by the 2nd October;
3) Is already registered in the Organisation Registration system https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus esc for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps and has an Organisation ID;
4) Is able to send the project Mandate signed by its legal representative until 3rd October.
From the organizations that demonstrate interest and comply with requirements, we will select the one that we believe to be the best fit for this project.
About the project:
'BLOOM: Blooming Mental Well-being and Social Inclusion through Outdoor Physical Activity'
The project aims to promote the mental well-being of older adults (+55) and foster their social inclusion by using outdoor physical activities as a tool for neurocognitive stimulation and community engagement.
Objectives:
1) To facilitate the exchange of knowledge, research findings, and best practices between participating organizations related to the promotion of mental well-being, neurocognitive stimulation and social inclusion among older adults through outdoor physical activities;
2) To create BLOOM Program integrating elements for promoting mental well-being, neurocognitive stimulation and social inclusion among older adults through outdoor physical activities;
3) To enhance the mental well-being of older adults through participation in outdoor physical activities, using neurocognitive stimulation to develop cognitive functions such as memory, attention, problem-solving, and empowering them to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and improve their overall mental health and emotional resilience.
4) To increase physical activity levels, encouraging and facilitating regular participation in outdoor physical activities to improve physical health, mobility, and overall quality of life among older adults.
5) To reduce social isolation by creating opportunities for adults from several generations to engage in social interactions and build meaningful connections with their peers, community members, and younger generations
