The co-vid emergency has upset in a very short time the social and professional life of every European citizen and more generally of most citizens globally. The pandemic unpredictability has caught unprepared all those who, at various levels, operate as an active part in the functioning of the social and economic life of the affected countries. The sector that more than others, in addition to health care, has paid the negative consequences generated by the coronavirus, was certainly the one linked to the world of education and training. Closure of schools and suspension of all training activities in the presence are just some of the most visible and evident effects generated by the coronavirus. This situation has created a real chaos on how to deal with the emergency having to combine, on the one hand, the need to guarantee the right to study and training for young people and adults; on the other hand, having to counter the spread of the infection by avoiding social contacts. From an initial analysis of how the emergency in the world of training and education was dealt with, it is immediately clear how much energy and resources have been concentrated on the "technological" aspects of online training, clinging to market solutions (such as for example: Zoom, Meet, Jisti, Webex, Skype, etc. etc.), but very little has been done in terms of teaching methods to be applied to these new training methods. Therefore, starting from this deficit, the project aims to identify and experiment with innovative teaching methodologies that can best exploit all the potential offered by the technologies currently available in the field of distance learning; but, at the same time, the project do not give up on the "qualitative" level offered and guaranteed by the most classic models of analogue training in the presence and promotes at the same time the inclusion of disadvantaged subjects, the reduction of gender disparities, the contact between the world of training and that of work, through the skilful use of tools innovative teaching.
We are looking for partners from the world of education who want to share our project idea.
