MINDSET INNOVATION
Center Spirala-Center Selfmobility is a non-governmental institute founded in 2001, active in the social and humanistic fields. It focuses on self-knowledge, reflective learning and mindset development as key competences for personal, professional and societal resilience. The Institute collaborates with external experts and partners at national and European levels, contributing to adult education, social inclusion and innovation.
Expertise and Thematic Focus
The Institute’s core expertise is self-knowledge as a mental foundation for addressing challenges related to well-being, leadership, digitalisation and societal change. It applies a multi-perspective and reflective approach, inspired by the Socratic tradition, and addresses contemporary topics such as
- Mental health, stress prevention and psychological well-being
- Digital engagement, screen addiction and time mastery in the AI era
- Self-leadership, innovation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Active ageing, resilience and social inclusion
- Sustainable development, ethical entrepreneurship and post-work society
Innovative Methods and Educational Models
Center Spirala has developed a system of original thinking models and methods used in adult education, training and coaching, including:
- Selfmobility Model (reflective framework for personal and career development)
- Identity Alchemy Coaching (IDEAcoaching)
- Career Theatre (CAT method)
- GET Matrix of Self
- Smartphone Use Matrix (SUM Matrix)
- HOW4 Matrix of Human Mindset
These approaches support reflective learning, identity development and mindset expansion, and are well suited for Erasmus+ training activities, curricula development and pilot actions.
Project Experience and Target Groups
The Institute has experience in European and national project cooperation, addressing community engagement, inclusive education, digital addiction, leadership, recognition of non-formal learning and social responsibility. Target groups include adult learners, higher education students, educators, trainers, coaches, guidance counsellors, social workers and professionals working with vulnerable groups (youth, unemployed adults, elderly, migrants, people with disabilities and ex-offenders).
Role in Erasmus+ Projects and Added Value
Within Erasmus+ KA210 and KA220 projects, Center Spirala can contribute as a content developer, training provider, conceptual partner and evaluation/research partner. Its added value lies in long-term expertise, original methodologies and strong reflective depth, combined with practical applicability and alignment with Erasmus+ priorities on inclusion, innovation, digital transformation and sustainability.
We are interested in joining the KA210 and KA220 projects as a reliable partner.
