An accredited consortium of Public Libraries in Lithuania is looking for partners!

Vilnius County Adomas Mickevičius Public Library, located in the heart of the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, coordinates a consortium of 13 municipal public libraries.

We are currently implementing an Erasmus+ project in the field of Adult Education and are looking for hosting organizations in European public libraries, adult education centers, language schools and/or museums for the year 2025, 2026 and later on.

Who are our participants? Professional librarians working with adult learners. They organize educational activities, facilitate book clubs, lead adult courses on topics like ICT, Media and information literacy, and develop various learning programs in public libraries.

What are we interested in? We seek partners with experience in:

• Digital, media, and information literacy
• Informal language learning
• Reading promotion
• Social and cultural inclusion projects
• Sustainability initiatives in libraries
• The use of AI and other innovative tools in informal adult education
