As part of our Erasmus+ KA120 project, we are looking for a Lisbo-based partner (or not to far) to organize a job shadowing mobility, focused on two main areas:

• Cultural engagement, particularly through amateur arts and events that encourage civic participation

• Positive use of public space, through street activities and the organization of outdoor cultural events

Who are we? Accoord is an association based in Nantes, France, with over 900 employees. A key player in community education, youth work, and socio-cultural activities, Accoord carries out a wide range of initiatives across the city of Nantes.

What we’re looking for:We are eager to learn from and be inspired by organizations that:

• Promote amateur artistic practices

• Organize festivals or cultural events with strong community involvement

• Carry out cultural activities in public spaces, especially actions that positively reclaim urban areas

Objectives of the mobility:

• Visit and observe organizations active in these fields

• Attend events or workshops related to these themes

• Identify, exchange, and be inspired by best practices that can be adapted to our local context

Expected duration:

• Between 3 and 5 days, to be scheduled between August and December 2025 (dates are flexible)
