Second Chance School  Delta  (SDE Delta), an adult education institution located in the municipality of Delta, Thessaloniki, Greece, is seeking international partner schools for collaboration under the Erasmus+ program. We are an accredited (Accredited ID: 2023-1-EL01-KA120-ADU-000169564) institution, dedicated to fostering lifelong learning and inclusive education.
