NETTLE FLOUR RESEARCH OF OUR INSTITUTE IN TRABZON

    Trabzon Maturation Institute conducted a field research in Şalpazarı district of Trabzon for a special research on Nettle Flour in order to pass on our cultural heritage to future generations. The collection of nettles from nature, the drying of the collected herbs in the sun, the grinding of the dried herbs with traditional methods in the hand mill after drying, and the use of the flour obtained in local dishes were examined and recorded in detail.
