The rapid development of automation and artificial intelligence is radically transforming the world of work. Robots are emerging not only as co-workers, but also as decision-makers, posing new challenges for adult learning experts and labour market actors. How can we adapt to this new era? What do AI and robotics mean for the quantity and quality of work? How does all this affect ethical and legal standards? In this course, we will explore issues of technological unemployment, the OSH and HR implications of using robots and the current challenges of AI regulation.
This five-chapter course, with check questions at the end of each chapter, will help you prepare for the new professions of the future. Learn more about those professions!
