Joy of Lifelong Learning Festival in Ağrı Public Education Center


"Lifelong Learning Week" events, which are traditionally organized every year by the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Lifelong Learning in Ağrı, were celebrated with great enthusiasm this year. The festive program, hosted by Ağrı Public Education Center, witnessed colorful images and attracted great interest from citizens.
The event was attended by Ağrı Governor Mustafa Koç and his wife Neslihan Gül Koç, as well as Ağrı Chief Public Prosecutor Ahmet Çalış, members of the provincial protocol, heads of institutions and many citizens.
Governor Mustafa Koç and the accompanying protocol members visited all the stands in the festival area one by one and examined the products prepared by the trainees. At the stands where handicrafts were exhibited, there were many works ranging from local handicrafts to modern designs. Governor Koç and his wife, who took a close interest in the trainees, expressed their satisfaction with the works and congratulated the trainees and instructors.
In his statement, Governor Koç emphasized that lifelong learning is of great importance for the development of individuals of all ages. Stating that the work done in this field in Ağrı is admirable, Koç said, "Such activities both increase the self-confidence of individuals and strengthen social solidarity. I would like to thank everyone who contributed."
Folk dance performances, music concerts and various workshops were also organized during the festival. Participants had fun and had the opportunity to see the successful works of the trainees up close.
Drawing attention to the importance of lifelong learning, this meaningful festival once again demonstrated the value given to education and culture in Ağrı.
