ANGEL Conference 2025 - Global Education and Learning

The ANGEL Network was born to create links and ties among global education researchers. Lately, the role of global education has gained enormous visibility, thanks to its ability to equip learners of all ages with the right tools to navigate complex times.
In this context, ANGEL aims at creating an international community of researchers and scholars in the field of global education who could benefit from a solid structure in Europe to address common issues and challenges.
Over the years, its conferences have grown into a great visibility event in the sector, showcasing policy-related research work in the field and providing a platform for sharing new research and fostering collaboration among researchers, policymakers, learners, and practitioners.
The ANGEL Conference 2025 will be dedicated to the topic of "Research in Global Education and Learning: For Democracy, Peace, Human Rights, Sustainability, and Global Social Justice".
Its objectives are to:
- Promote dialogue between policymakers, researchers, and practitioners, encouraging reflection on the value of research for policymaking
- Explore international policy frameworks and their effects on Global Education
- Provide researchers with a platform to present their current work and engage in meaningful dialogue with experts and peers
- Support and nurture Early Career Researchers
