Last week, four staff members of Public Open University Čakovec participated in professional development training at Bildungshaus Retzhof in Wagna, Austria as part of POU Čakovec's Erasmus+ accreditation.

Through interactive lectures, workshops, practical exercises, and cultural study visits, we strengthened our capacities in motivating future participants and developing innovative programs.

We thank the excellent team from Retzhof for their expert guidance and inspiring educational activities.

We’re returning to Čakovec full of enthusiasm, ready to apply what we’ve learned in creating innovative programs that will further motivate our participants to get involved.

We look forward to sharing this new knowledge with our colleagues and applying it to improve the quality of adult education at POU Čakovec and beyond!
