SwIdeas AB, Tomorrow Together e.V, and Lithuanian Social Business Association (LiSVA) are happy to present the re:GREEN online training course!

re:GREEN online training course to engage, inspire and unleash the potential of rural entrepreneurs for Circular, Digital, and Resilient Business Models

Composed of three blocks of two modules each, the full training has a duration of around 18 hours. The training can be taken in its full format, or in blocks of between 5-7 hours each, meaning that each person can decide which topic they would like to learn.

The goal is to assist both current and prospective rural entrepreneurs in harnessing their potential to play a role in the creation of more resilient and strong communities by exploring circular economy principles and practices. Additionally, the training is aimed at improving access and training availability around circular, digital, and entrepreneurship skills.

The course follows a non-formal learning methodology adapted to a digital context with the active participation of all participants. The course also includes a 6-minute virtual tour video of a community cafe in Lithuania which showcases a real-life example of a sustainable social enterprise with the goal of inspiring entrepreneurs to take a more sustainable approach in their activities.

Anyone can join the course as an extracurricular activity, or as additional training. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.

The topics of the training modules have been decided through a brainstorming activity held in Vilnius, Lithuania, in May 2023. There, nine staff members of the partners met to exchange the main findings of the analysis conducted in their countries with rural entrepreneurs and experts. The result was a decision about which subjects were in higher demand, which were organized into three blocks with two modules each, six in total. The blocks are independent from each other and can be taken separately.
