Our project aim s to provide training to adult education trainers on using adult education techniques. For this purpose, we
plan to teach our adult education trainers on the basic principles of adult education. This training will remove the lack of
infrastructure of our teachers. We will also increase their foreign language competencies. We will ensure that they are
more researchers and more willing to develop themselves. We will contribute to the personal development of our staff.
Participants will understand European values better and they will free from cultural biases.
Our project's main activity is participation of 8 staff to a structured course in Portugal.
We will improve the educational infrastructure of our institution. With the support of the activities that we will carry out
after the mobility, we will renew our institution in all aspects of adult education. We will increase the capacity of our
institution to establish international cooperation and project development at international level.
We will be the initiator of an innovative approach in our district and even in our city at the field of adult education.
Project participants are adult education trainers in our Center. The trainers support their students’ development by
transferring their expertise in many different areas. Our center has both vocational courses and general courses. Our
teachers who provide training in vocational courses will not be a participant in our project since they are not in the target
audience of the adult education program. Participants will only be selected from trainers providing training in the adult
education.
We will organize, informative meetings and training about the adult education Linguistic Preparation, Cultural
Preparation: and Risk Prevention activities
We will take measures to enable the participants to transfer the competencies they have gained as a result of the project
to the personnel who do not participate the structured course in order to use the future strategic development of the
institution. For this purpose, we will organize informative trainings for other staff. Participants will organize joint training
meetings with their colleagues after the mobility. They will share and information about the new methods acquired in the
structured course in these meetings.
