Aligning skills and motivation for human-centred learning - EPALE Community Conference 2022

How can we ensure that adult education is human-centred? How can we correctly consider the learner's motivations and aspirations?

Aligning skills and motivation for human-centred learning

How can we ensure that adult education is human-centred? How can we correctly consider the learner's motivations and aspirations? And, first of all, what does a "human-centred" approach to skills and learning mean? What does it entail exactly?

Starting from the necessity to build personalised paths, in order to open up inclusive learning opportunities for all, this workshop will explore in-depth the theories behind these approaches, as well as the tools and practices going in this direction.

Adult Education scholar Marcella Milana will lead the participants in a critical discussion to challenge and test our ideas on education and learning, and explore new possibilities.
