EPALE Komplet alata - Kreativnost i kultura za socijalnu koheziju
Podsticanjem dijaloga među kulturama i podrškom osnaživanju pojedinca i demokratskoj svijesti kod odraslih polaznika, kulturno obrazovanje je glavni pokretač i pružalac socijalne kohezije. Tokom 2022. godine, kao dio tematskih fokusa, EPALE je tražio od zajednice da podijeli svoja razmišljanja i inicijative o kreativnosti i kulturi u oblasti učenja odraslih. Šta se događa u kulturnim prostorima i novonastalim kreativnim ekosistemima? Na koji način kreativnost u učenju i obrazovanju odraslih povezuju ljude da bi se širila ljepota i osjećaj pripadnosti?
U ovom Kompletu alata, osvrnućemo se na bogat sadržaj koji je proizveden na ovu temu i omogućićemo vam puteve kako da istražite brojne načine na koje kreativnost i kultura imaju dodira sa obrazovanjem odraslih .
Prvi dio kompleta sakuplja osvrte i narative, kako bi se detaljno istražili i analizirali neki ključni problemi. Predlažemo da počnete sa čitanjem članka koji preispituje da li postoji prostor za pristupe zasnovane na umjetnosti u obrazovnoj nauci za odrasla lica; zatim vas pozivamo da se osvrnete na vrijednost nenasilne komunikacije u muzejima, da pročitate intervju o imjetnosti kao sile za društvenu promjenu, kaoi da sagledate na koji način smo istražili moć kreativnosti i kulture tokom Konferencije EPALE zajednice 2022.
U drugom dijelu kompleta, pronaći ćete brojne alate i prakse Erasmus+ projekata, koji vas mogu inspirisati tokom svakodnevnog rada. Odabrali smo priručnik za sprovođenje umjetničkih aktivnosti za starija lica; komplet alata o ulozi koju pozorište ima za borbu protiv diskriminacije i rasizma; skup resursa o tome na koji način pričanje priče promoviše evropsko nasljeđe; inicijativu koja istražuje na koji način digitalni alati u muzejima mogu promovisati aktivno učešće.

I read your interesting blog and I like to share with you the website of our Erasmus+ project MOVE BEYOND. The project focuses on methodologies and best practices in the field of Art and Sport and developed a theoretical framework, guidelines and a training for teachers, trainers, and coaches using principles and tools to be applied within Re-integration services and Education.Link: https://www.erasmusmovebeyond.eu
The website gives a nice overview of the project, the history, the theories, the manuals, the evaluation, the profile of the trainer, the training program, et cetera. It also offers the possibility to download all documents created to support your own training.

We started a new project as sequel to MOVE BEYOND called MOVE YOUR MIND. This project focuses on ludodidactics ( didactic experience about the learning process and the learning behavior, specially how to reach the learner/the end user?
It would be interesting to share ideas with each other.
