This interactive tool was designed as part of the Erasmus+ MENTOR project to provide Mentors+ and Mentees with structured, scalable, and customizable support to:

  • Facilitate the mentoring relationship
  • Monitor the pair's progress
  • Identify adjustment needs
  • Promote the experience

Available online at mentor.adice.asso.fr or as PDF files, this tool is adaptable to any mentoring context, particularly in the context of international mobility. Key Content

  • Presentation of the pair (preferences, hobbies, background)
  • Mobility project (context, objectives, concerns)
  • Host country (personal vision & cultural reality)
  • Practical corner (useful resources for preparing for departure)
  • Definition of the relationship framework (expectations, objectives, methods)
  • Planning of exchanges (calendar, communication tools)
  • Follow-up meetings (report sheets, mood, actions)
  • Managing difficulties (listening, problem-solving)
  • Future planning (post-mobility objectives, continuity)
  • Evaluations (mid-term and final, to be completed individually)
