Coordonné par l’organisme de formation continue en Langues à Perpignan ALFMED, le partenariat stratégique Erasmus + « Creating OppoRtunities for Adult Learners through entrepreneurial competencies », dit CORAL, va élaborer un cycle de formation destiné aux demandeurs d'emploi de longue durée afin d'acquérir des compétences pour démarrer leur propre entreprise. Pour se faire, le projet réunit pendant trois ans 9 partenaires de 8 pays européens de la formation pour adultes (du privé et du public) et dispose d’un budget de 296 263 €.

Erasmus + CORAL project is developed by 9 partner organizations (public and private) coming from 8 countries. They are combining their expertise in innovative didactics and their competence in the field of adult education. CORAL partners are adult education providers, private employment services, public bodies in adult-education field, University, Chamber of Commerce, foundation, EU-wide networks. In order to up-skill unemployed adults, CORAL will produce a set of 3 tools to assess, transfer and recognize entrepreneurial skills. These tools are firstly dedicated to long term unemployed adults, secondly to professional counsellors and adult educators, as well as all other professional profiles involved in support activities for adult job seekers.

Pandemia koronawirusa spowodowała ogromne zamieszanie na rynku finansowym. Silne wahania odnotowała zarówno giełda papierów wartościowych, jak i kursy walut i metali szlachetnych. Zmienił się także system pracy, w tym w sektorze finansowym. Częściowe zamknięcie gospodarki sprawiło, że znaczny odsetek pracowników sektora przeszedł na pracę zdalną, a wielu zostało zwolnionych. W trakcie trwania projektu można wziąć udział w bezpłatnych warsztatach i kursach, które pozwolą dorosłym uczestnikom poznać narzędzia pracy zdalnej oraz rozwinąć kompetencje cyfrowe niezbędne do jej wykonywania.

Septembra se je zaključil dvoletni mednarodni projekt SoftSkills4EU, financiran s strani EU znotraj programa Erasmus+ KA2 strateška partnerstva. V okviru projekta smo razvili platformo za vrednotenje in nadgradnjo mehkih veščin dostopna na https://academy-softskills4.eu/.

my compass - orientation bootcamp for jobs in the web

My Compass is an online training designed and delivered by NumericALL. The training begins on 30th November and ends on 22 January (with a two-week break around the festive season). The training hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and takes place online over six weeks. The Monday and Tuesday classes will be delivered by trainers who are professionals from various web professions, and the Friday class will be run by a career and employabilty coach.

Со години компаниите се соочуваат со недостиг на кадар кој не поседува соодветни вештини и компетенции, а тоа го потврдуваат и 62 отсто од компаниите во анализите што ги прави Стопанската комора. 

Стопанската комора на Македонија ги охрабрува компаниите да се вклучат во создавањето на  сопствениот кадар.
