Η έκθεση αναφέρεται στην απασχολησιμότητα, μία από τις μεγαλύτερες προκλήσεις της εποχής μας, αφού όλο και περισσότεροι νέοι δεν έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση στην αγορά εργασίας μόλις τελειώσουν τις σπουδές τους.

Το θέμα εξετάζεται τόσο από πολιτική όσο και από παιδαγωγική σκοπιά, εξετάζοντας τα ευρωπαϊκά και εθνικά επίπεδα προσόντων, τις δραστηριότητες στήριξης, τις μεταβάσεις από το πανεπιστήμιο στον κόσμο της εργασίας, τις δραστηριότητες στήριξης σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο και, τέλος, τις δραστηριότητες που γίνονται σε πανεπιστημιακό επίπεδο για την στήριξη της απασχολησιμότητας.

 

The PEP-Vocational Training Project, provides employment opportunities for people older than 18 years. With the project to be implemented, many course trainings are given for those who want to get a profession and want to start their business. Thanks to the trainings received from expert trainers, the participants of our courses become business owners. The male and female trainees meet with our advisors who are expert staff and express themselves easily and receive the most appropriate course. The courses cover many areas.

Tampereen kaupungin työllisyys- ja kasvupalveluissa on ollut muutaman vuoden käytössä Osaamisbotti-palvelu. Tekoälyä hyödyntävä palvelu tunnistaa työnhakijan osaamisen ja vahvuudet, motivoi työnhaussa sekä ehdottaa käyttäjälle sopivia työpaikkoja.

Caritas Bosne i Hercegovine, Caritas biskupije Banja Luka i Caritas biskupije Mostar – Duvno i Trebinje – Mrkan, otvorili su dva savjetovališta za zapošljavanje mladih, u Banja Luci i Mostaru 07. i 09. oktobra  2019. godine u okviru projekata YOUR JOB, kojeg finansira Austrijska razvojna agencija i Caritas Austrije.

 

Prijavljivanje korisnika za Program stručnog osposobljavanja lica sa stečenim visokim obrazovanjem počelo je danas i trajaće do 18. novembra 2019. godine.

Prijavljivanje budućih korisnika za učešće u 8. ciklusu Programa vrši se elektonskim putem, preko portala www.eUprava.me.

Podsjećamo da pravo na stručno osposobljavanje imaju lica sa stečenim visokim obrazovanjem koja nemaju radno iskustvo u određenom nivou obrazovanja, odnosno sa visokim obrazovanjem, i koja su na evidenciji Zavoda za zapošljavanje.

De kommer från olika världsdelar, för en del av dem har resan till Sverige varit mycket lång och påfrestande, och än är den inte slut. Drömmen om ett liv i Sverige, ett jobb att gå till, ett hem att ta hand om, en familj som känner trygghet.

Druga radionica po redu na temu “Inkluzivno zapošljavanje osoba sa invaliditetom: Izazovi i benefiti” održana je 02. 10. 2019. godine u Banja Luci. Ovoga puta javni poziv na radionicu je bio upućen potencijalnim poslodavcima iz lokalnih samouprava i državnih institucija, te nevladinim organizacijama kojima nije primarni cilj rad sa osobama sa invaliditetom.

 

 

Prva od dvije planirane radionice pod nazivom ''Inkluzivno zapošljavanje osoba sa invaliditetom: Izazovi i benefiti'' održana je 19. 09. 2019. godine u Sarajevu. Petnaest učesnika iz lokalnih samouprava, institucija i nevladinih organizacija iz Foče, Zenice, Sarajeva, Tuzle, Gruda, Bijeljine, Banja Luke i Mostara, uzelo je aktivnog učešća i pokazalo izraziti interes za pitanja vezana za inkluzivno zapošljavanje.

This vocational counselling methodology is based on the careful analysis of the
dynamic of European labour market and also on the trend of population aging process in
Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Greece and Romania.
The counselling program that is presented in this methodology has as a central goal
to make operational the functional remaining potential of older workers 55+ in order to
maintain their employability.
The principles which are on the bases of this counselling program are:
1. Each older worker is unique.

In the context of the BeOld project, the transnational report ‘Generations at work – Barriers
and resources of different generations at work’ identifies the framework of older workers’
employment in five EU member states (Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Romania and Spain) in order to
contribute in the wider European endeavor to reform the labor market, into a more inclusive
and efficient one. Currently, reformation of labor market and social security system takes place
all across Europe, rendering age management in the workplace one of the greatest challenges
