The UPSELL training manual consists of seven units. First, in the first unit, i.e. Introduction, the reader is introduced to lifelong learning and the current situation of lifelong learning in the world. At the same time, the situation in Europe is also discussed, with a particular focus on the presentation of the situation in two countries, Lithuania and Slovenia, as these countries were represented by the partner organisations, which were in charge of development of the material of this training manual. Afterwards, in the consecutive unit, more briefly are introduced good practices of lifelong learning, where different organisational practices from Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom and United States are presented. Following units are the References and resources partners were using to develop the first two units. References along with additional materials suggested for further exploration which relate to the activities in the modules, are listed at the end of individual activity. After these three units, the main part of the handbook is presented during the project developed Upsell training course and Upsell training course implementation. Every activity presented in the handbook that was created and developed during the project is complemented by a link to ppt slides of the activity, which all are part of the Upsell training course. Some activities also contain some annexes or photos from the pilot training sessions organised during the project. Following unit presents the Consortium of the project with a short introduction to partnering organisations and some of their thoughts and reflections in relation to the Upsell project. Thoughts and reflections partners shared for this manual are written from personal and organisational perspective. Lastly, Conclusion of the handbook, where concluding remarks on the silver economy are presented. Finally, an Impressum is given at the end of the handbook.
