Visual/video e. learning material suitable for everyone who wants to learn to use innovative technologies

In 2008-2010 in the framework of Lifelong Learning Programme Grundtvig Multilateral project  “Tech-Connected Teacher” (TC*Teacher) was developed. Seeing the reality that many courses are created for teachers or teacher trainers who are dealing with young students, but still there is a lack of courses which propose additional studies for teachers who are working with adults as one of the project results visual/video e. learning material, which is an electronic manual, was created on the basis of theoretical chapters of the methodological material “Innovative Information and Communication Technologies in Adult Education”. Adult teachers and trainers need to be capable of contributing to the successful launch of adult education as lifelong learners.

This video material is as practical guidelines for adult educators created with a purpose to equip them for the challenges that they will face as roles change from “traditional teacher” to “technologically connected teacher”. The tools provided in this video material are selected in the way that it will not be difficult to use but the functionality is very effective.

The video e. learning material is developed for adult educators and has double value: it could be used as a learning material to improve educator’s computer skills and/or deepen the knowledge about technologies and their application for teaching, or/and could be used by trainers during the lecturing when employing video e. learning movies developed for each topic.

Visual content (which is based on practical video material of ICT tools for e. learning content development, testing tools, video conferencing, virtual learning environments, e. labs, online communication and collaboration tools, etc.) of presented material is suitable for both, beginners and a bit advance users, so, depending from your knowledge, experience and practice you can use suitable parts of it, which deals with different levels of learners. Also, the technology can be adapted and used in different curriculum content.
