The Value of Waste project set out to make sustainability tangible, relatable, and practical in the field of youth work—especially by addressing the topic of waste. Youth workers and educators from Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia collaborated to exchange tools, insights, and creative approaches.

One of the key results is the Value of Waste Journal, a visually rich magazine that explores textile, food, and plastic waste through stories, hands-on practices, reflective prompts, and local good examples.

The journals are accessible online, and a shortened PDF version of the Journal is available and free to use for educational and youth work purposes.
