In the SIAE Newsletter Winter 2021, we gathered the most interesting articles that speak to the activities in ALE in Slovenia and our cooperation at the international level.

Among other things, we have recently been involved in the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU, as significant events related to ALE have taken place in this context.

In addition, the Annual Adult Education Conference and the EAAL Forums on the Future of Learning, organised by the SIAE, were successfully held. They took place online, but plenty of people are interested in participating.

Mateja Pečar is employed at the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education, where she works in the field of promoting lifelong learning and intergenerational cooperation both at home and abroad.
