Thanks to the cooperation of partners from Poland, Italy and Greece, an educational ebook was created with the theme of cultural and culinary education. The ebook is divided thematically according to the countries of the partner organizations. The study takes into account the guidelines set forth in the “think tanks” Report. The ebook includes recipes developed/selected by individual groups in the partner organization countries, as well as regional, health and other curiosities.
