Establishing the impact of your activities - the Impact+ Exercise

The Impact+ Exercise is a workshop exercise designed to help project partners or programme managers explore and identify the intended impact of their activities.
The exercise guides workshop participants through the process of identifying their intended impacts, discussing and choosing indicators and selecting appropriate data sources. The exercise pack includes a workshop guide with advice and tips and printed materials for use in the workshop. It isn’t specific to Erasmus+ and will be useful to anyone involved in running an education, training or social intervention project.
The exercise is accompanied by a short video guide. The guide and the materials are all available in several different languages.
The exercise was developed by the UK Erasmus+ National Agency (NA) in partnership with NA’s from other countries. It was developed with funding from the UK Erasmus+ programme education and training Transnational Cooperation Activities.
