I believe that EU initiative of Renewable energy communities are good practical beginning to encourage communities actively participate and understand how they could contribute to climate change mitigation, because it provides opportunities for renewable energy communities to advance energy efficiency at household level and at the same time helps fight energy poverty through reduced consumption.
