The Adult Education Institution Dante is a competitive, modern and efficient institution that attracts numerous generations of adult learners by offering quality educational programs and courses (focusing on foreign language learning, intercultural communication, basic skills, teaching methods and approaches, transferable skills, entrepreneurship, conflict  management) that respond to the needs of modern society and contribute to the development of adult education at the local, regional, and European level.

Our training courses are tailored to be funded by the Erasmus+ Program. Our institution offers participants the opportunity to improve their skills through KA1 projects aimed at staff mobility. Dante organizes trainings in different fields of education. All courses are in English and are suited to the participants’ needs. Our certified and experienced trainers hold courses on different levels (beginner to professional). As training providers, we ensure that participants get the most out of the training as well as their free time.

OUR CITY AND REGION - RIJEKA & KVARNER REGION

Croatia’s third largest city, Rijeka, lies by the sea on the northern part of the beautiful Adriatic. Rijeka is ideally located between the blue Adriatic and the green mountains in the hinterland.
Located in the heart of the Kvarner region, Rijeka is a famous tourist destination for visitors from all around Europe and the world. Another beautiful city situated near Rijeka, Opatija, is known as the pearl of the Adriatic and is famous for its Belle Epoque architecture and beautiful sights near the sea. The region is also rich in islands (Krk, Cres, Lošinj, Rab etc.) and national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Risnjak etc.) which can be visited during a one-day trip. The whole district is famous for its popular festivals and events (Rijeka Carnival, Opatija Festival of chocolate etc.) and the local gastronomy, with many original recipes.
