About us
CPIA 2 di Brescia is a public adult education centre working in the field of lifelong learning, social inclusion and active citizenship. We mainly address adult learners with fewer opportunities, including migrants, low-skilled adults and people at risk of social exclusion.We work closely with local authorities, NGOs, libraries and community organisations to strengthen local learning ecosystems.
Project idea
We are looking for one or more European partners to develop an Erasmus+ KA210 Small-scale Partnership in the field of Adult Education, with a strong focus on inclusion, digitalisation and active citizenship.
The project aims to encourage the participation of newcomer organisations and small-scale actors with limited experience in Erasmus+.
Main objectives
- Promote inclusive adult education for learners with fewer opportunities
- Strengthen active citizenship and European dimension at local level
- Improve access to quality, flexible and recognised learning opportunities for adults
- Support upskilling and reskilling pathways, especially for low-skilled adults
- Foster digital and blended learning, using online platforms and innovative tools
- Promote validation of competences, including non-formal and informal learning and micro-credentials
- Enhance educators’ competences, especially in digital, inclusive and sustainable education
- Support local learning centres and innovative learning spaces
- Encourage intergenerational learning and European values
- Improve quality assurance in adult learning provision
- Support inclusive approaches for adult learners and staff fleeing the war in Ukraine

- Short-term exchanges of adult educators and trainers
- Learning mobility for adult learners
- Study visits and peer learning activities
- Exchange of good practices in adult education systems
- Experimentation with digital and blended learning approaches
Partner profile
We are looking for organisations based in Erasmus+ Programme Countries, such as:
- Adult education centres
- NGOs and civil society organisations
- Local authorities or community learning centres
- Organisations interested in educator and adult learner exchanges
- Newcomer organisations are very welcome
