Mobile app development on KA2 project

Croatia.
Started by | Posted on Tue, 09/17/2024 - 12:16

Our project proposal targets the needs of early parenthood - we want to support parents of children up to 3 years old and educators/experts who work with them. Our primary goal is to provide education and support to these target groups in remote, rural areas, thus tackling the current centralization of services in 2 countries: Croatia and Serbia.

Key result of the project is a mobile application which will provide access to education and the possibility for parents to connect with other parents in their area.

We are searching for a partner who would develop the technical aspects of this mobile app, whereas our organization and partner organization in Serbia will work on the content of the app.

The mobile application is intended to offer following options:

1) Access to educational texts on parenting, care and self-help options related to parents' mental health and development of children

2) The possibility of searching for services available to parents according to their place of residence, such as centers that provide psychological services assistance, informal groups of parents, social and health care including outpatient care.

3) The possibility of initial connection with other parents in the same place of residence.

4) The possibility that a parent or expert can initiate an informal group of parents in their area.

The app will be created in English, Croatia and Serbian language.
